Login information (apart from user password) and contact list information are stored into application as encrypted data and stored only on the mobile device on which application ProDentis Lekarz is installed.
When an appointment is fixed via the application ProDentis Lekarz the encrypted data you provide is transferred to the medical surgery where the application ProDentis Lekarz has been registered. The dat ais transferred via the information hub provided by the company Infotel Software. 

All information provided by medical surgery to the application user are volatile and are not stored within the application ProDentis Lekarz.

How the application ProDentis Lekarz uses the information
The information gathered in the mobile application ProDentis Lekarz can only be used by the registered user of this application on the device where the application was installed. 

The data processed by the application 
This data is not gathered nor used by the company Infotel Software. Data describing appointments fixed via the application ProDentis Lekarz are encrypted and transferred to the destination surgery via information hub as quickly as possible. Infotel Software does not store nor uses those data after it is delivered to the destination surgery. 
Infotel Software has no access to the application ProDentis Lekarz installed on user mobile device and does not have any control over this application.

GDPR Data Protection Rights

Every user can remove the entire data stored in the application ProDentis Lekarz. It can be performed by removal of this application from the mobile device on which it is installed.
